Kroontje Law Office PLLC is a civil trial practice law firm located in downtown Seattle. KLO represents individuals and companies involved in civil lawsuits, including personal injury, business and commercial lawsuits, construction lawsuits, insurance defense law, and disputes not yet in litigation. We are dedicated to providing our clients effective and responsive representation. We are a small litigation firm, but we have substantial large firm experience. We often litigate cases against the largest firms in Seattle, and find our size is often an advantage to our clients.

A prompt and just settlement is always our goal. Our use of alternative dispute resolution, such as mediation and arbitration, can significantly reduce or eliminate the need for litigation. However, through years of experience, we have learned that the most critical factor in achieving a fair settlement is our willingness and proven ability to persuasively present a case to a jury or judge at trial.

With over twenty-five years of civil litigation and trial experience, we can draw upon our knowledge gained through hundreds of civil cases throughout the State of Washington. Our office is located in the heart of downtown Seattle, but we are often called upon to represent clients throughout the State of Washington. We have handled lawsuits in 22 of Washington’s 39 counties. Many of our cases are in King County Superior Court or the United States District Court for the Western District of Washington, both of which are just a short walk from our office. However, we also regularly represent clients in Tacoma, Everett, Bellingham, and in Pierce County, Snohomish County, and in others such as Whatcom County, Skagit County, Clark County, Franklin County, and Benton County.
